Your blog is absolutely not true. I bought Glucomannan and took it just as directed.3 capsules is 2000mg.I took it before each meal with plenty of water and waited the 30 mins I was supposed to.I never felt full at all;not even close.I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it again for 4 more days.I was starving as usual and could eat the same amount of food as usual before I wasn't hungry anymore. Glucomannan does not work at all.
